There are sometimes circumstances where the installation cost of a high-efficiency furnace is quite high - mostly for semi-detached homes with finished basements and much increased ventilation costs- and it might actually be more feasible to replace your old furnace with a mid-efficiency furnace model.

Below, please find the prices listed for mid-efficiency furnaces. The provided prices cover everything from the beginning to the end of installation, as well as the removal and disposal of your existing furnace. Please note that in rare cases, to remove the old furnace or to install a new one, we may have to perform extra work such as removing your Hot Water Tank. Depending on their nature, these extras are chargeable.
